Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions are optional. A one-time purchase does not enroll you in recurring deliveries.

When you expressly select a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the products, quantities, frequency, and pricing terms presented before completing your purchase.

The Baby Bear subscription is offered with delivery every two months. Your subscription summary identifies the applicable billing schedule and amounts.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND CHARGES

Your subscription continues until canceled.

The first-order price, renewal price or method of calculating it, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are disclosed before enrollment. Any difference between the first order and later deliveries must be clearly stated.

A subscription discount does not include free shipping unless the accepted offer says so.

There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

We will provide a confirmation you can retain containing your subscription terms and cancellation instructions.

HOW TO CANCEL

You can cancel online by signing in to your customer account, opening “Manage subscriptions,” selecting the subscription, and choosing the cancellation option.

You may also request cancellation by:

Use the email associated with the subscription and provide your order number or sufficient information to identify it.

You do not need to call, explain your reason, or accept another offer to cancel.

CANCELLATION TIMING

To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before that charge is processed.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. For cancellation requests submitted by email or contact form, we use the time we receive an identifiable request, not the time our team reads it.

A delay by our team will not authorize another renewal after a valid cancellation request. If a charge occurs after a valid cancellation, we will correct it and issue the applicable refund.

We will confirm cancellation in writing.

ORDERS ALREADY PROCESSED

Cancellation does not automatically refund an order properly charged or shipped before cancellation.

Contact us immediately if you also want to stop a pending order. If we can stop fulfillment, we will cancel and refund the applicable amounts. Otherwise, the Return and Refund Policy applies, subject to statutory rights.

An earlier order still in transit does not permit us to charge for future renewals after cancellation.

A change-of-mind return must meet the unopened, unused, and condition requirements in our Return and Refund Policy. The customer pays return shipping for those returns.

Defective, damaged, and incorrect products are handled separately under that policy.

PAUSING OR CHANGING A SUBSCRIPTION

Where available, you may pause, skip a delivery, or change quantities through your subscription account.

Review the confirmation to see which future deliveries are affected. Contact us if assistance is needed.

A pause is not necessarily a permanent cancellation. If you want to stop the subscription permanently, choose cancellation.

CHANGES TO PRICES OR TERMS

We will not retroactively change orders already paid.

We will give advance notice of material changes affecting future charges or deliveries, provide an easy way to cancel, and obtain renewed consent where required.

Posting a revised policy on the website alone does not authorize an undisclosed charge or replace a legally required notice.

We will provide renewal notices, periodic reminders, and other communications required by applicable law.

FAILED PAYMENTS AND UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS

If payment fails, we may notify you and make reasonable retries of the same authorized charge while the subscription remains active, without additional retry fees.

Cancellation stops future renewal retries. We may suspend unpaid deliveries.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will communicate the delay or cancellation and provide applicable cancellation or refund options. We will not substitute a different product without authorization.

ACTIONS THAT DO NOT CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

Removing an item from a shopping cart, choosing a one-time purchase on a new order, unsubscribing from promotional emails, or refusing a package does not cancel an existing subscription.

Use the cancellation methods stated above.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, notice, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
